It is a very great place for weddings with a spacious and luxurious ballroom-conference hall that can fit in up to 100 people. Delicious and fresh food, perfectly arranged environment. Excellent conditions for accommodation. 

Homestead is located in beautiful natural surroundings further away from the city noise and just 15 km away from the SEA. Bathhouse lovers will enjoy the spacious Russian bathhouse with a heated pool, fireplace and a terrace on the shore of the pond. People willing to stay longer are welcome to use the comfortable bedrooms above the bathhouse on the second floor where 20 people can be accommodated.

Ballroom

A spacious and luxurious ballroom with a beautiful view over the huge windows. Our customers will be offered a very flexible and sleek kitchen meeting even your highest expectations.

Sauna

Russian steam bathhouse with a heated pool can fit in up to 20 people.

A spacious hall at the entrance to the bathhouse is approximately 50 sq. m., there is a big shower room where three people can have a shower at the same time, a round pool is approximately 10 sq. m., the water in the pool: <+27, heated floor. A spacious terrace built outdoors, on the shore of the pond. The hall at the entrance to the bathhouse has a mini-bar with all the necessary dishes, a refrigerator, a kettle, there is a grill outdoors (spits are not available).

We can provide catering for guests who want a carefree celebration of their family event.
