The Župė complex consists of two separate farmhouses, Župė and Župė de lux, with separate driveways and hotel rooms. It is a very nice place for weddings, with large and luxurious banquet-conference rooms for up to 50 and 100 people. Delicious and fresh food, immaculately landscaped surroundings, excellent accommodation.

Each farmhouse has comfortable rooms on the second and third floors for you and all your guests, with private toilets and showers and air conditioning.

The farmhouse is located in a beautiful corner of nature, away from the noise of the city and only 15 km from the sea. For sauna lovers, there is a spacious Russian sauna with a heated swimming pool, fireplace and terrace on the shore of the pond. For longer stays, there are comfortable bedrooms for 20 people on the second floor above the sauna.

Facilities

All rooms have private bathrooms, TVs and kettles, and free Wi-Fi. There is a small shared kitchen with all necessary equipment, utensils and a fridge. Outside there is outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a gas barbecue. The property has a children's playground, a sand volleyball court and a basketball court with rubber surface.

Sauna with jacuzzi tub

The Russian steam bath with heated pool and jacuzzi tub can accommodate up to 20 people. Spacious anteroom of about 50 sqm, large shower room for up to three people at a time, round pool of about 10 sqm, pool water <+27, heated floor. Outside there is a spacious terrace with a jacuzzi on the shore of the pond. There is a bar in the hall in front of the fireplace with all the necessary utensils, fridge, kettle, barbecue outside (no skewers).

We can provide catering for those who want to celebrate their family holiday without worries.

Golf

Take the opportunity to try one of the most prestigious games in the world - golf - at our farmhouse Župė De Lux.

This game, which requires no additional skills and is balanced between mini and professional golf, will be a great pastime for everyone. It is called "GOLFink". Suitable for both children and seniors. This fun activity for up to 2 hours will provide concentration, sporting excitement and good mood. If you haven't done it before, we'll introduce you to the rules and etiquette. Perfect for one person or a group of up to 4-6 people.

We'll provide all the equipment you need, so all you need is comfortable clothes and a spirit of fun. You can enjoy this activity in our farmhouse whenever the ground is not covered with snow.
