The Tyrai Walking Trail begins halfway between the towns of Priekulė and Dreverna, where the main road crosses the King Wilhelm Canal. There is a convenient rest area where you can park your cars and bicycles, as the Tyrai Walking Trail is intended for walking. The area features an information board with a diagram of the trail and a description of its elements, provided in both Lithuanian and English.
Tyrų takas gražus ir turi potencialo, bet labai trūksta priežiūros. Takas stipriai išvažinėtas medžiotojų, daug gilių duobių, vietomis eiti nepatogu ir nesaugu. Mano nuomone, pažintinis takas neturėtų būti derinamas su medžioklės bokšteliais ir šeryklomis.
