Brastadvaris, a Provence-style farmhouse built in 1900 and now newly rebuilt, has opened its doors in the Minija River Regional Park near Klaipėda. Located halfway between Klaipėda and Šilutė in the cosy village of Lankupiai.
Brastadvaris has two new buildings. The hall can accommodate up to 70 guests and is equipped with a ventilation and air-conditioning system, audio-visual equipment . The German-style house of 350 m2 next to the main hall with a small room for 25 people, where you can have fun with small celebrations. It has lounges where you can relax in peace and quiet without the noise of a big party.
In the homestead "Brastadvaris" you will find 15 newly furnished cosy rooms with showers, WC, TV, mini-bar, safe, which can accommodate 60 guests. A glass outdoor gazebo where it is fun to meet relatives, chat, enjoy a cool summer day while waiting for the returning young people. Brastadvaris can not only host a grand wedding or christening banquet, but also the ceremony itself, at the foot of the Minija river bank or on the cosy 200 m2 outdoor terrace.
The entire territory of the homestead is fenced, thus ensuring the privacy of the celebration. At night, the lighting of the whole area is switched on, including the parking lot.
