The St. Casimir Church of Vėžaičiai is located in the town of Vėžaičiai, 6 kilometres east of Gargždai, on the right bank of the Skinija Stream (the left tributary of the Minija River). A wooden church was built in 1784 by orders of local landowners – the Volmer family. In 1804, an organ was bought for the church. The bell tower dates back to 1816 and has a cast brass bell.
