Lake Kalotė is a part of the Kalotė botanical and zoological reserve. The lake has an area of 50 hectares. In autumn and spring, it is a temporary home to rare migratory birds. The Cypa Stream starts from Lake Kalotė and flows into the Baltic Sea. Several campsites are located on the southeast shore of Lake Kalotė.
