  • Amber therapy

The power of warm amber to restore energy and bring peace. On a warm crushed amber mattress you will enjoy a massage with warm amber bags, the harmony of the surrounding nature, the voices of birds and the sounds of the sea. Can be combined with sound therapy of sounding bowls. Amber water and herbal tea from the meadow of the farmhouse will be served. You will learn about the history of amber and its healing properties. You will be able to buy products filled with crushed amber at manufacturer's prices for home health promotion.

The amber therapy programme can be booked for a single session or for the whole holiday period.

  •  Sound therapy with sound bowls

Sound waves travel through the whole body and lead to deep relaxation, increasing self-healing abilities, dissolving blocks and strengthening the body's immunity. The therapy is designed to address a wide range of problems, both psychological and physical. Suitable for couples, families or for individual or group therapy. Can be combined with amber therapy.

  •   Dance Movement Therapy

Dance Movement Therapy is used to address emotional/psychological difficulties (especially difficulties in relation to one's own body or movement), expressive potential, traumatic experiences, mental and other illnesses, gerontology and those seeking personal development. It can be used as a sole therapeutic modality or as a complement to other forms of treatment, rehabilitation or education. Therapy can be short and long term, group and individual, couples and family therapy, for children and adults.

Various psychologists recommend singing as a way to improve mood or change the direction of thoughts in a positive direction. The authors of the study suggested that singing could also be used for therapeutic purposes. Singing releases dopamine (pleasure hormones)
