The farmhouse has a barn with original architecture. The barn building is designed for entertaining from 8 to 100 people (fireplace, showers, steam room, toilet, sleeping places, modern banquet and conference hall).
The homestead "Stančiai barn" is located between Klaipeda and Kretinga. Driving from Klaipėda (9km) before Kretingale you need to turn right. The homestead is located in the village of Stančiai. There is a golf course nearby. The homestead is available for both summer and winter holidays.
