The Great Throne

The newest building on the farm (open since 2013) is the equivalent of a traditional Samogitian double-ended hut. Inside, there is an ancient clay oven for baking bread and other national heritage specialities. The kitchen is equipped with an old-fashioned wood-burning stove for unusual cooking. In this tavern you can enjoy a Lithuanian sauna, which is unusual in that the stones are heated in a separate room, so that the sauna does not burn oxygen and you can feel comfortable. There is also a steam bath, a heated bubble pool and a fireplace in the hall.

The old hut

Built between two hillsides, the Old Tavern (the first foundations on the site date back to 1932) in the Žvelsa Landscape Reserve is today warm and cosy, awaiting those guests who appreciate the old village environment. The building is surrounded by an old apple orchard and a grove of old spruce and oak trees. The sound of the spring is constantly heard. In 1926, grandfather Antanas Kundrotas discovered this spring and built the first sauna in the Lapiai area. It was used by German and Russian soldiers during the Second World War and the post-war period. The old hut is unique for its pure spring water, which you can drink, and after the bath, you can have a wonderful experience by jumping into the spring pool.

Kletele

This building is about 100 years old. The unique original staircase, doors, walls, beams, table, chairs have been preserved. There is an ancient brick fireplace and a small kitchenette inside. The glass terrace (underfloor heating) overlooking the Žvelsa valley is enchanting, allowing you to relax and forget.
